Makeup Artist & Hairstylist Terms and Conditions

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure wedding date, final amount is to be paid no less than 1 week before wedding.

• If there are more than 7 services OR any time constraints (eg. artist can only start at a specific time and not at artists requested time or have to finish early) an additional artist will be required and paid for.

• Should the wedding be cancelled or moved due to any circumstances by any member of the wedding there will be no refund, a make-up or hairstyling voucher will be given for the amount payed over and above the deposit money.

• Please note that we will not move to different rooms to complete our services, we setup in one room and all our services will be done in one room.

• Please keep babies or children away from the artists tools, makeup and equipment, should anyone damage our products, tools or equipment the bride will be held liable and will be sent a quotation to replace it.

• Please ensure that the artists have enough space to setup and that there are tables/stations with electric points and adequate lighting and ventilation for us to work fast and efficiently.

• Please ensure that everyone is on time to do makeup or hair, failing to be on time will result in the bride running late and we cannot rush on services for the bride as we take pride in the bride. If someone is late for their allocated time slot we will skip that person till after everyone is done and if there is time left, no refunds will be given if services are forfeited on the day.

• If any person treats any of the artists in a disrespectful manner we have the right to leave premises and no longer continue.

• We do not add any additional persons on the day for makeup or hair, only if time allows after bride we can consider it, a direct eft will then be made before we start.

• We allocate a specific time for hair and makeup, if any person feel they want to change due to being unsatisfied the changes will only be done after everyone is done.

• Please notify us if there are any delays on the road or any delays whatsoever from vendors that we can adjust.

• We reserve the right to cancel the booking following a trial without a refund of the booking fee in circumstances where there are a mismatch in styles, approach, expectations, or if clients is uncooperative or make the artist feel disrespected or uncomfortable.
